Eighteenth-century mansion in the center of Puebla, Puebla in Mexico.

Colonial-style building in the heart of downtown Puebla in the emblematic Callejón de los Sapos. (toad alley). Street where tourists and citizens gather to walk the alley famous for its handicraft shops, antique furniture boutiques, jewelry stores, art galleries and restaurants with a diversity of international gastronomy and classic Puebla cuisine.

The house has four exterior commercial premises and a large central gate. There are seven interior commercial premises in the central courtyard.

In the central courtyard of PB you have access to the five rooms by an original staircase of the building. The five comfortable rooms on the upper 1st level that currently functions as a hostel and RB&B.

Fully furnished in the classic colonial style of the time, the bathrooms of each room carefully made with beautiful mosaics of talavera de puebla and all have air conditioning and heating.

There are 712 m2 of land and 517 m2 on 2 levels with the central courtyard roofed like a plaza and access to the center with a main gate, like the classic houses of the time with wide walls and high ceilings with beams. Four commercial premises in PB face the street and the other seven in the interior, connected to the central roofed duck.

Among the outdoor commercial premises, we currently find; a jewelry store, an antique furniture store, a mezcal shop to taste the classic mezcal and another furniture store open on the street to the public.

Inside the house in the square is the cafeteria with tables, two other antique shops, three art galleries, one is a photography store, another a jewelry store and an office.

The property has solar cells for energy saving, a cistern and with water tanks ,security and surveillance cameras.
